HKFYG

The school sponsoring body, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG), was founded in 1960 and is one of the largest non-profit youth work organizations in Hong Kong. It provides over 10,000 youth activities annually, through more than 60 service units throughout the territory. Attendance at programmes run by the Federation now stands at 5 million a year, along with over 100,000 registered volunteers. In February 2007, over 210,000 young people were enrolled as members of u21 youthnet. The Federation's motto, Caring for Youth, Caring for the Community reflects its core services, which include e-Services, Youth Employment, Leadership Training, Volunteer Services, Services for Youth-at-risk, Counselling Services, Education Services, Parenting Services, Youth Exchange and Leisure, Cultural and Sports Services.
Located in Tin Shui Wai District in the northwest of New Territories, the HKFYG Lee Shau Kee Primary School has been serving the community since 2000.
