Leadership Camp

In this summer, prefect team and some house committee members have went to Cheung Chau for our leadership training camp for two days. In the camp, we experiences a lots of activities and difficulties, for example some high events and some team building games.

Throughout the camp, we have learnt many skills not only how to become a leader but also how to work as a team. In the second day, our head prefects had prepared training to all of us by giving out some problems which will happen in school and letting us discuss the solutions. In this training, we can be more familiar when facing these problems at school. Team spirit is also a very essential requirement in prefect team, so we have played a series of games which needs mostly of team work. We have built a friendship and trust among us. Moreover, we would have a reflection on the performance in each game and suggest how to do it better. The teachers would also observe us through the whole camp and gave each one of us a card, telling us our strength, room to improve and some advice. This is very useful for helping us to become a leader.

To conclude, we have learnt how to be a leader and how to work with different people as a team. And of course, we also have many happiness in this prefect camp. Hope that everyone in the camp will gain something, no matter is skills or friendship, from the leadership training camp and we can become a strong prefect team to serve the school in the year.
