全港經濟爭霸杯之經濟精英工作坊

Some of my classmates and I were so glad to have the chance to attend the 經濟精英工作坊 and 全港經濟爭霸杯held by the Economics Department of CUHK and EDB on 8th May. A series of eye-opening activities was being held. The one impressed me most is a talk given by the department head of Economics on analysing the market price under disequilibrium condition. It seemed quite dull if we just look at its topic but in fact, it was not boring at all. The speaker analysed some facts in our daily lives with economic concepts, which was utterly inspirational and interesting. Moreover, he clarified some of the misconceptions that I have made. This is a truly fruitful experience.
