Reflection on HSBC young financial planner competition

This competition strengthens our knowledge on personal finance as this allows us to apply what we have learnt in the lessons. At first, we are required to prepare a financial plan for our client. Though this, we learnt how wealth is accumulated and how stock markets are analyzed. In order to compile a tailor-made financial plan, we also consider the world economic situation. This allows us to have a broader view and this benefits us.

With the support of the school and the supervision of our teacher, Mr. Maxwell Ho, we successfully finished our project and we made it to the top 10. Therefore communication and corporation is even more important in the presentation section. Throughout this event, we know more about how to write a tailor-made financial plan and also we learnt to work as a team. After all, finishing this project is fulfilling.
