Moral Leadership Camp

In the three day moral leadership camp, I learnt more about the true meaning of moral leadership. There were a few tasks in the camp, we needed to communicate with others and played with moral ethic. We also had discussions. “As a leader, why morality is so important for us?” a teacher asked. I know the answer after sharing. We are leaders so people follow us. If we do not perform our duties morally and honestly, we cannot lead our mates to walk on the right way and no one trusts us. If all prefect has correct beliefs and attitude, HLC students’ moral standard can also be improved.
