A Visit to Microsoft Headquarters

On 12/1/2008, 8 students visited the Headquarters of Microsoft Hong Kong Limited in Cyberport. The visit included an introduction of the company and a guided tour of the state-of-the art office. The students also attended a workshop about the production of DVD and tried out the latest Microsoft Windows Vista functions.

The visit broadened students’ horizon. The project manager of Windows Vista introduced the upcoming trends of development of information technology, the career of IT professionals and some technical tips of writing computer programmes
