Story Telling Competition

“One day a countryman going to the nest of his goose found there an egg all yellow and glittering…”

Story telling is a good start for students to practise public speech and enhance self-efficacy. In the competition, there were seven Aesop’s fables for students to choose from. Students then prepared for the competition during Chinese New Year Holiday and the heats were held in English lessons. The best from each English Set went into the final. Students performed well and the stories brought positive messages.

Jacqueline Leung of 1A was the champion while Lawrence Wong and Christa Chan of 1B came second and third respectively.
