Post-test activity – Visiting Wetland Park

Visiting Hong Kong Wetland Park is a good opportunity for students living in urban area to contact with the nature. Students visited different zones in the park such as Stream Walk, Succession Walk, Mangrove Boardwalk and Bird Hides in groups. The visit has enhanced students' inquiry mind and self-directed learning spirit. Students were introduced to the wetland ecosystem and the importance of conservation. The visit was not only fun. It also raised students' interest and concern over the natural environment.
