Moral and Civic Education

In September, life education was covered in the Moral and Civic Education Programme. Topics on Manners, Etiquette, Deportment and Style have been introduced. In the coming months, students will be taught "rules and law" and "managing personal spending" (that is how to spend pocket money appropriately).

3-S' Stars
HLC puts much emphasis on training students to master their own studies and conduct. The 3-S' (self-directed learning, self-discipline and self-efficacy) are to guide them to be a responsible citizen.    
The ones nominated by teachers and fellow students for excellent performance in 3-S' will gain 1-2 conduct marks as encouragement.
